At Cozy Companions, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be free from damage caused by use, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, opened, or show signs of use unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
  • Photographs of the product packaging where applicable.
