This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery estimates, and important information regarding your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on your location, courier operations, and seasonal demand.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. In some cases, tracking may show limited or no movement until the parcel has been received and scanned by Royal Mail.

This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a delay with your shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Cozy Companions cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Failed deliveries resulting from customer error.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the shipping address.

Delivered Parcels

All orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail.

Once tracking confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Cozy Companions is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing parcels.

If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly and checking with neighbours, household members, or any designated safe places.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Cozy Companions is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Damaged Shipments
